Information for your first visit

Appointments are typically an hour. We would recommend scheduling 2 or 3 appointments close together to get the most effect. We can get into deeper, long standing issues that way, which produces a more permanent result.

The cost is $140/hour. We do online Greenshield billing. Bring your Greenshield card and Dr.'s note on the day of treatment. Otherwise we can accept cash, cheque, credit card or etransfer.

Bring lose fitting shorts (and a sports bra or tank top for women if you like). We do a standing assessment every treatment to see what's changed. Also, if you normally wear lotion/creme, please do not put on any prior to treatment (face and hands are ok).

The Tecumseh office is located at 12214 Tecumseh Rd. E. which is in the Buckingham Realty building directly across from Pat and Hanks and beside Cycle Culture. Parking is directly behind Buckingham Realty, or there is onstreet parking, or there is a municipal lot two doors down on the same side of the street. Once you park, go in the back door of the building and down the stairs. We are the last door.

The myofascial release approach is not traditional massage. We use it because it gets results and brings people added benefits which you will discover as you experience treatment.
